Refunds

The Orbiit Recovery Program is committed to providing a supportive and educational experience for all our students. Due to the nature of our program and the resources involved in preparing and maintaining the course, we adhere to the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds After Commencement: Once the Orbiit Recovery Program has started and run for 72 hours, no refunds will be provided for any payment made on behalf of any person or by any person.

2. Refund Requests Before 72 Hours: If a student decides not to participate in the program and submits a refund request within 72 hours of the program's start, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The decision to grant a refund in such instances is at the sole discretion of the Orbiit Recovery Program administration.

3. Non-Transferable: Payments made for the Orbiit Recovery Program are non-transferable. This means that if a student is unable to continue the program for any reason, the remaining portion of the program cannot be transferred to another individual.

4. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or other significant life events, the Orbiit Recovery Program may consider providing a refund or credit for future courses. Documentation may be required, and decisions are made at the discretion of the program administration.

We encourage our students to carefully consider their schedules and commitment to the program before enrolling. Our goal is to support your journey to recovery, and part of that support is ensuring that the program is a good fit for your needs.
