- Provide accurate and current information about yourself as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Course.

All content included as part of the Course, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Course, is the property of Orbiit Recovery or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Course immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Orbiit Recovery, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Course.

The Orbiit Recovery Program is a peer-based recovery program and is not a substitute for professional psychiatric services or any other professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided through the Course is for educational and supportive purposes only and is not intended to be a replacement for professional medical judgment.

As a user of the Course, you agree to hold harmless the Orbiit Recovery Program and all affiliated professionals, organizations, agencies, or others that offer the Orbiit Recovery Program by means of their internal systems from any liability of any kind that stems from any information provided by the Orbiit Recovery Program.

You acknowledge that the Orbiit Recovery Program advises all users to seek professional medical help in addition to using the Course. If you choose not to seek such professional help, you do so against the advice of the Orbiit Recovery Program.
